You agree that you are voluntarily purchaising services related to your health and wellbeing as well as participating in an online or in person session, class, workshop or course offered by OLTRE * The Temple.
You understand, accept and recognise that the yoga/somatic/embodiment or any form of movement offered may be physically strenuous and may cause physical injury. You voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge and awareness of the potential risks involved.
You represent and warrant that you have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injury or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the class or program.
You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against OLTRE * The Temple and the hosts of the sessions for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You understand that you may receive physical or verbal assists or adjustments to enhance or correct my body posture during class. You will take accountability for alerting the host/teacher of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if you do not want to receive any assists.
You understand that in very exceptional circumstances the class timetable may be altered at short notice, OLTRE * The Temple reserves the right to make any such alterations. Sign up to the mailing list via the website so you can be kept informed of any schedule changes. You have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time.
You understand that photos and videos may be taken of the class and used by OLTRE * The Temple in their promotional material online and offline. By entering into this agreement you agree that it is your responsibility to make yourself known should you not wish to be photographed or filmed.
If you are attending an in person class, you accept full responsibility for your belongings. OLTRE * The Temple does not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.
